Store Terms

These terms apply to purchases made through the Wulis SMP Store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the Minecraft account and product details you entered are correct.

Digital delivery

Store products are digital server benefits or virtual items. Delivery is normally automatic after successful payment. If delivery fails, contact Wulis SMP support with your receipt so the transaction can be reviewed.

Ranks and subscriptions

Temporary and monthly ranks remain active for the period shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled through the subscription management flow; cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally remove time already paid for.

Refunds and chargebacks

If you believe a payment or delivery is incorrect, contact support first. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction circumstances, whether the digital benefit has been delivered or used, and applicable consumer law. Fraudulent payments or abusive chargebacks may result in store or server restrictions.

Server rules

A purchase does not exempt a player from Wulis SMP rules. Store benefits may be suspended where necessary to enforce server rules, address fraud, or correct an erroneous grant.

Changes

Products, pricing and benefits may change over time. A completed purchase is governed by the product description and price shown when the transaction was made, subject to applicable law.
